World famous grade 1 listed House built
by C.F.A. Voysey and situated directly over
looking Lake Windermere will take your breath
away with it’s stunning views of the
Lake and surrounding Fells and Mountains.
Surrounded by beautifull Lakeland gardens
and with direct access to Lake Windermere
it is a photographers dream and also offers
the possibility of a Lake Cruise for yourselves
and your guests.

Broad
Leys have organised weddings at this beautiful
Country House for a number of years and
great pride is taken in building the wedding
package around your needs and requirements.
Our experienced managers can assist and
guide you in all aspects of organising your
very special day and are happy to offer
menus, choice of wines etc around your own
expectations.
Broad
Leys have two rooms available, the Main
hall and the Dining room with lake views
for civil ceremonies.
The main building can seat up to fifty in
the main hall and thirty in the dining room
or eighty using both rooms for your Wedding
Breakfast and Reception. The house has a
Croquet Lawn adjacent to it that can accommodate
up to two hundred guests in a Marquee.
The
hall, bar, lounge and dining room face the
Lake with a large terrace overlooking views
of the lake and beyond.
The
house has 6 Bedrooms in total, 3 ensuite
and 3 sharing private Victorian bathrooms.and
our managers have local contacts to help
accomodate large parties.
Broad
leys is the only Voysey house in the World
that offers guest accommodation, was recently
voted in the Sunday Times as one of England
most significant listed building. It is
also home to the Windermere Motor Boat Racing
Club.

EVENTS
The
facilities are ideally suited for small
private and confidential corporate events.
With seven acres of landscaped gardens and
stunning views of Lake Windermere and beyond,
it is perfectly suited for product launch,
filming and backdrop photography.
For
the more adventurous amongst us our managers
can arrange, by prior agreement, sailing
courses from our lake frontage on board
30 ft sailing cruises. There are also excellent
facilities locally for golf, fishing and
shooting, all dictated by the season and
weather. We also have a tennis court on
site.
Our
managers will be happy to discuss any proposal
you have and help tailor your event to make
it truly exceptional.
We
have three rooms that can be used for conferences.
Booker Room; accommodating 14 delegates
boardroom style
Dining Room; accommodating 18 delegates
boardroom style or 20 delegates theatre
style
Hall; accommodating 26 delegates boardroom
style or 50 delegates theatre style.
All rooms have natural lighting and numerous
power points.

Bottled still & sparkling Willow water,
Mint imperials.
Arrival;
Tea/Coffee & homemade biscuits.
Mid-morning; Tea/Coffee & pastries.
Lunch; Hot & cold buffet, fresh juices,
fruit & local cheese platter.
Afternoon; Tea/Coffee & scones with
cream.
DAY
DELEGATE RATE; £40.00 PER PERSON
Should your delegates wish to stay overnight,
or longer, we have six well appointed bedrooms,

Then
at the end of a busy day you can relax and
choose your wines from the clubs extensive
wine list whilst the chef prepares dinner,
using local fresh ingredients.
