Broad Leys is a superb example of Arts and
Craft architecture designed by Charles FA Voysey. It was built in 1898 on the shores of lake
Windermere in the heart of the Lake District and is set in seven acres of land with extensive access to the lake.
It is the only Voysey house that is available to the public for accommodation
and private functions.
Broad Leys has six well appointed bedrooms. Three are en suite and three are non en suite with wash basins and access to bathrooms.
This is the largest of the three en suite bedrooms with a panoramic view overlooking lake Windermere.

This tranquil suite overlooks the croquet lawn to the side of the house.

Although these rooms are not en suite they do have washbasins along with the use of three bathrooms situated along the corridor.
