Broad Leys offers a unique and exceptional setting for celebrations, photoshoots, corporate events, product launches, training days, christenings, birthday parties and funeral wakes.
Our celebrated lakeside clubhouse is available for meeting room hire for business meetings on Monday - Thursday.
Broad Leys is a unique and inspiring location with architecturally significant space suited for a range of corporate events, from AGMs and board meetings to product launches and training days.
With seven acres of landscaped gardens and stunning views of lake Windermere, it is also perfectly suited for a product launch, filming and backdrop photography along with space for outdoor team activities.
The clubhouse and its foreshore have been used in the film French Lieutenant's Woman and also the television drama series Agatha Christie's Poirot.
There are three main rooms available for hire

Rates
We offer standard half and full day delegate rates (see below) and can also cater for bespoke events and larger groups or events including formal dinners and marquee based events on the croquet lawn.
