For larger weddings up to 200 the Club offers the option of setting up a marquee on the large croquet lawn adjacent to and accessed directly from the Clubhouse. This flexible space allows you to create a unique and personalised setting that perfectly reflects your vision. From elegant and romantic to rustic and bohemian, the marquee can be transformed into the wedding of your dreams.

What's included
The following items are included in the weekend wedding package

Exclusive use of Broad Leys (The House) including all of the public rooms including the hall, bar and dining room from 2pm on Friday until 11am on Sunday

All six club bedrooms for both Friday and Saturday night

Exclusive use of the terrace and lawn adjacent to the house

Set Up of Venue

Bar staffed between 12 noon and 11.30pm (thereafter staffing to be agreed with the Manager)

Use of tables and chairs to seat up to 80 guests within the Clubhouse

Seating capacity for dining is 30 in the dining room and 50 in the hall

Use of white linen cloths, napkins and matching stainless steel cutlery for up to 80 covers

Charges
The charges for a weekend wedding cover the exclusive venue hire as described in 'What’s included' above and two nights accommodation in all rooms
